About a year ago I was searching for a user-friendly toll
free voicemail service for my small business. The selection process itself was not as hard as I had imagined since

is that I can forward incoming calls directly to my cell phone or home phone, and the system notifies me that its a business
call, so I can always answer in a professional manner. Also, if I'm not available, or on the line with another call, the
system will take a voicemail message and send notification to my e-mail. I can't tell you how freeing that is. I can even
go on vacation, and actually relax since monitoring my business is now as easy as checking my e-mail. I have an 800 number,
so that definitely adds a level of professionalism to my business, and the same number takes both voicemail and fax messages.
Just in case you are wondering, no I didn't need to get a fax machine - I read my faxes online too!
